Talbot Democrats Elect New Party Leadership; Term Begins November 2022

In the 2022 Democratic Primary, Talbot County voters elected a new slate of leaders to manage Party operations for the next four years. As a refresher, the duties of the Talbot County Democratic Party are outlined in detail here.

The citizens of Talbot County have elected the following individuals to lead the Talbot County Democratic Party, listed in alphabetical order:

  • Naomi Hyman

  • Phil Jackson

  • Scott Kane

  • Molly Martell

  • Judy Wixted

Thank you to all who participated in the 2022 Primary Election! Talbot County led Maryland in voter turnout by percentage of population, and Talbot Democrats actually out-performed ourselves from the ‘Blue Wave’ Democratic Primary of 2018. This engagement clearly shows high energy and enthusiasm for our candidates and priorities as we now look towards November!
